AVAILABLE POSITIONS

The Glazier is an offsite customer service role at Northern Arizona Glassworks LLC, that is a critical team player who carries out the assessment, installations, and repairs of commercial and residential glass work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- (75%) Conduct accurate offsite assessments and professional installations/replacements of glass and aluminum products (shower enclosures, windows, glass doors, storefronts, curtain walls, etc). Safely and aptly perform demolitions and installations. Cooperatively assist the Customer Service Representative (CSR) in preparing estimates for products/services, performing material orders, and scheduling work. Drive to/from job sites (in company vehicle)

- (10%) Proficiently perform flat glass work at the company facility (replacements/repairs/fabrication of windows, mirrors, glass inserts, etc) as assigned

- (10%) Collaborate and work cooperatively with peers to organize, maintain, upkeep, and repair/replace all tools, equipment, workspace, facilities, vehicles, and materials in and around the premises

- (5%) Other duties as assigned

Physical demands:

- Position requires active work/interaction throughout diverse offsite work spaces as well as throughout the entire company facility. Must be able to: maneuver tight aisles, walk on uneven surfaces, work the entirety of the day on one’s feet, handle large/heavy/sharp glass units, regularly lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work outdoors and in unconditioned spaces through all seasons, and work at numerous varied off site locations. Work involves frequent bending, lifting, and twisting

- Must arrive at work in a clean and proper uniform, be clean and neat in appearance, and practice acceptable hygiene. Must address all customers in a friendly and professional manner, perform well under pressure, and be able to respond positively and courteously to customers at all times and situations

- Must be self-driven, well-organized, and able to evaluate assigned work and perform within the time allotted/estimated

- Must comprehend and adhere to safe work practices. The company safety manual offers general direction and instruction on many safe work practices but the employee is expected to assess all work situations and adopt the proper safety precautions to carry out the work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must be a U.S. citizen and/or present valid work authorization
• At least two years of prior verifiable experience as a successful glazier work is required
• Must present valid Arizona driver’s license and incident free driving record for the past 3 years

The Glass Shop Tech is an onsite customer service role at Northern Arizona Glassworks LLC, that is a critical team player who carries out the replacement and repairs of automotive and flat glass work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

(40%) Aptly and courteously perform assigned automotive glass work requests (chips, replacements, repairs, etc.) from initial assessment to completed product/service.

- (20%) Proficiently perform flat glass work (replacements/repairs/fabrication of windows, mirrors, glass inserts, etc) as assigned.

- (15%) Accurately perform mobile estimate and installations/repairs as assigned

- (10%) Collaborate and work cooperatively with peers to organize, maintain, upkeep, and repair/replace all tools, equipment, workspace, facilities, vehicles, and materials in and around the premises

- (10%) Cooperatively assist the Customer Service Representative (CSR) in preparing estimates for automotive and flat glass products/services, performing material orders, and scheduling work

- (5%) Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative is an onsite customer service role at Northern Arizona Glassworks LLC, that is a critical team player and primary point of contact between our customers and partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- (60%) Capably and courteously field and facilitate all automotive and “flat glass” (board) work requests from initial contact to completed product/service. Gather all pertinent information from client/vendor interactions during the initial contact. Conduct three-way calls and use other resources to assist the customer with insurance coverage and payments. Promptly prepare and present all estimates for automotive products/services. Timely and accurately perform all material orders, work scheduling, and customer interface through completed automotive product/service.

- (15%) “Cradle to grave” management of invoicing and payments for all automotive products/services performed timely and with minimal error

- (10%) Promptly organize and manage all requisite files, archives, records, and reporting for all automotive glass work

- (10%) Backstop/support CSR(Commercial/Residential Glass) as needed

- (5%) Other duties as assigned

- Must arrive at work in a clean and proper uniform, be clean and neat in appearance, and practice acceptable hygiene. - Physical Demands: Position requires active management/interaction throughout the entire facility. Must be able to: maneuver tight aisles, walk on uneven surfaces, spend substantial time on one’s feet and sitting at a desk, lift 25 pounds, and climb stairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must demonstrate prior education and experience and proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and other accounting arithmetic
• Must be a U.S. citizen and/or present valid work authorization
• One year prior experience in customer services required
• Ability to proficiently operate point of sale, computer (word processors, spreadsheets, schedules, etc), and telephone systems

The Glassworks Apprentice is a critical support role at Northern Arizona Glassworks LLC who assists journeyman Glaziers and Glass Shop Techs in the assessment, installations, and repairs of commercial, residential, and automotive glass work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- (70%) Willingly and agreeably assists with assessments and installations/replacements of glass and aluminum products (shower enclosures, windows, glass doors, storefronts, curtain walls, windshield replacements and repairs, etc) both at the company’s physical location as well as at various offsite locations. Assists with demolitions and installations. Assist the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) as requested.

Bennett Glass and Mirror Inc. is seeking an Automotive Glass Manager in Prescott, AZ to manager personnel, inventory, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction of all automotive glass installations and repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must possess at least two (2) years of experience in automotive mechanics or related occupation.

-Must be willing to travel up to 100 miles for high net-worth clients.

-Position requires active work/interaction throughout the entire facility and offsite.

-Must be able to maneuver tight aisles, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for long periods of time, frequently lift over 50 lbs. with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, endure frequent vending and twisting; and work outdoors in unconditioned spaces through all seasons.

Experience must include the following skills: -automotive glass repair, and; automotive glass replacement.
